Morganelli Method OS is an internal admissions-work system. It stores only the information needed to support counseling work, keep an accurate student record, and operate the service.

Email and mailbox access

The app does not access student or parent mailboxes. When a counselor connects a counselor mailbox, the app uses only the permissions that counselor approves for the counseling workflow. Counselors who do not connect a mailbox can use paste-email mode with zero Google permissions.

Counselor-supplied correspondence

In paste-email mode, a counselor deliberately supplies the full text of a family email. After the counselor confirms the matched student, the service stores that full text with the student's internal record and uses it to draft a reply, place the work in counselor triage, calculate operational attention signals, and show the correspondence in the student communications timeline.

The original text is not automatically added to the student's Portfolio. Adding it to Portfolio is a separate, per-email, confirm-first action, and only text is added. Pasted correspondence is not exposed in the family-facing Portal merely because it was pasted.

Who can see it

Access follows the same student-assignment controls as the rest of the admissions system: the assigned counselor and authorized operators can see the correspondence. Access and material actions are recorded for operational audit without copying the family email body into the audit log.

Retention and deletion

Pasted correspondence follows the existing student-data retention schedule. Records for departed families are retained for up to five years for counseling continuity, audit, and legal needs, then are eligible for deletion under the service's retention process. Authorized operators can process earlier deletion requests when required.

Questions

Questions about access, correction, or deletion should be sent to the firm's authorized system operator.
